Our quality system is structured to meet or exceed the requirements of:
 

• MIL-STD-105E – Sampling Procedures and Tables for Inspection by Attributes

• MIL-STD-45208A – Requirements for Inspection Systems

• MIL-C-45662A – Calibration System Requirements

• ANSI/NCSL Z540-1 – Calibration Laboratories and Measuring and Test Equipment

 

Although MIL-STD-105E, MIL-STD-45208A, and MIL-C-45662A have been officially canceled, their frameworks remain appropriate benchmarks for describing the scope and structure of our quality program.

 

Our system includes detailed procedures for:

• First Article Inspection (FAI) to validate conformity before production

• Calibration of measuring and test equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability

• Material and process traceability from raw materials through final inspection
